Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Capitol Reef Resort was quite unique, with a variety of accommodation options that intrigued me. While my room was comfortable and I enjoyed the hot tub and campfire experience, the dining options were underwhelming and didn't quite meet my expectations. The location is perfect for exploring Capitol Reef National Park, making it a great adventure spot, but some aspects could use improvement.
Staying here was a delightful experience. The setting surrounded by mountains is breathtaking, and the spacious room provided a lovely view. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced, but the dining options for dinner could be improved. Overall, it's a fantastic place to explore Capitol Reef National Park, making it worth the price.
Our stay was truly delightful, especially in the beautiful Red Cliff View King cabin with its luxurious touches and stunning views. The cabin was modern and cozy, making it a great place to unwind after exploring Capitol Reef National Park nearby. However, the confusing heating and A/C instructions took away from what would have been a perfect experience. Additionally, some shading on the front porch would have made it much more enjoyable during the hot afternoons.
Our stay at the resort was truly memorable. The cabins we stayed in were cozy and well-decorated, and the views from our place were just stunning, overlooking the majestic red canyon walls. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic deal for just $10 and kicked off our mornings perfectly. However, we did wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor fire pit more since it was a bit too cold during our visit.
Our stay at the resort was filled with ups and downs. We loved the unique lodging options, especially the cabins and the teepees, which made for a memorable experience. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the outdoor activities were a great way to enjoy the surroundings. Unfortunately, we faced some serious issues with our booking that marred the experience, as the front desk staff were not accommodating or apologetic about the mix-up.
